QAR version       QAC & QACPP version(s)

QAR-1.0           The QAR-1.0 Installer will permit update of
	      	  the .ini file for versions from QAC-7.0 and
	      	  QACPP-2.3 onward.  It is not compatible with
	      	  earlier versions of QAC or QACPP.  (At the
	      	  time of creating this package it was not
	      	  known that the .err file format would change
	      	  at QAC-8.0 and QACPP-2.5.1.)
                  QAR-1.0 Installer wrote to .ini and Registry.
	      
QAR-1.1           Built to use QAC-8.0 compatible .err file.
	      
QAR-1.2           as QAR-1.1
	      
QAR-2.0           CR-14575: Windows installer updated to write
                  to Registry only. Windows installer no
                  longer tests for QAC/QAC++ presence when
                  installing and does not write to analyser
                  .ini file.
	      
                  Requires QAC-8.0 and QACPP-2.5.1 upward
	      
QAR-2.1           As QAR-2.0
	      
QAR-2.1.1         Built as 32 or 64 bit and to truely
                  accommodate Windows 7.
